Building on the success of our “Träublein”, we’ve developed a more sophisticated interpretation: deliberately dry, vibrantly fresh, and carried by a subtle, elegant herbal bitterness. BRAVAUX! brings together two worlds of artisanal indulgence: The Clemens Härle Brewery contributes a carefully brewed barley malt wort and the delicate bitterness of fine hop varieties. From the vineyard comes organic verjus, pressed from unripe grapes, whose fruity acidity adds freshness and vibrancy.
