Building on the success of our Träublein, we’ve developed a more mature interpretation: deliberately dry, vibrantly fresh, and carried by a subtle, elegant herbal bitterness. BRAVAUX! brings together two worlds of artisanal culinary culture: The Clemens Härle Brewery contributes a carefully brewed barley malt wort as well as the delicate bitterness of fine hop varieties. From the vineyard comes organic verjus, pressed from grapes that are still green, whose fruity acidity adds freshness and vibrancy.
