VAUX stands for craftsmanship in the vineyard, in the cellar, and above all in the traditional method of sparkling wine production: the classic bottle fermentation. “VAUX am Rhein” is based in Eltville—more specifically, at Burg Crass, right on the Rhine. It’s a place for everyone who loves beauty, appreciates quality, and wants to share special moments together. Here, sparkling wines, inspiring cuisine, and relaxed hospitality come together.
Events
The “SEKTHAUS”
Since 1868, VAUX has stood for the fusion of craftsmanship, indulgence, and timeless elegance. We are shaped by three special places that continue to define our identity to this day. Berlin gave us our pioneering spirit. Metz gave us our name and our love of sparkling wine.
The Rheingau became our home. Over more than 150 years, this has given rise to a sparkling wine house that preserves tradition while always looking ahead. A house that celebrates special moments and combines indulgence with distinction.
