To accompany the sparkling wine, we serve small dishes and specialties from select partners: cheese from Maître Antony, charcuterie, pâté en croûte, oysters, or caviar. The menu also features select wines and non-alcoholic beverages. Whether you just stop by for a glass or take the time to enjoy a meal is entirely up to you.
The VAUX kitchen continues to evolve through these products, partnerships, and ideas. Our head chef, Max Grabenauer, brings his own unique touch to the cuisine, always keeping sparkling wine in mind.

Pâtisserie meets Sparkling Wine
The l’Art Sucré patisserie has its own space at VAUX am Rhein. In a shop-in-shop, it showcases handmade pâtisserie and exquisite coffee creations. So your visit might begin with coffee and something sweet and continue later with a glass of VAUX.
