From October onwards, the Brasserie at VAUX am Rhein invites you to make the enjoyment of exceptional food and sparkling wine part of everyday life. From your first coffee in the morning to an aperitif beneath the historic plane trees in the evening, it brings together refined cuisine and the world of VAUX.
At its heart is a carefully curated selection of delicacies, thoughtfully sourced products, and relaxed dining on the banks of the Rhine. Together with selected partners, we offer fine pâtés, caviar, charcuterie, and other gourmet specialties, perfectly paired with our sparkling wines and a handpicked selection of still wines. The experience is complemented by exquisite pâtisserie and relaxed aperitif moments in our riverside sparkling wine garden.
Whether you’re stopping by for a glass after work, enjoying time with friends, or ending the day overlooking the Rhine, the Brasserie offers effortless, high-quality hospitality in a relaxed setting. Throughout, the philosophy of VAUX remains unmistakable: exceptional quality, genuine hospitality, and an approachable, welcoming atmosphere. Our vision is to create a vibrant gathering place for lovers of fine food, sparkling wine, and memorable experiences.
The concept is further enhanced by a carefully curated selection of still wines chosen by Florian Richter under the Florian Fine Wine label. Outstanding international wines complement the world of VAUX, creating a destination where sparkling wine and fine wine are celebrated side by side.
From October, VAUX am Rhein will be open seven days a week.
