A highlight of the tasting is the live disgorgement of a Treasury sparkling wine—a fascinating glimpse into one of the most significant moments in traditional sparkling wine production. Afterward, you’ll taste selected single-vineyard sparkling wines, accompanied by high-quality finger foods.
