Together with the Eymann Winery, we’ll present distinctive sparkling wines that impressively demonstrate just how differently—and yet how fascinatingly—traditional bottle fermentation can be interpreted. Accompanied by a carefully curated menu, you’ll experience exciting food pairings and discover the diversity of great sparkling wines.
